Executive Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support administrative operations and executives. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable handling a wide range of office support tasks in a fast-paced environment. The selected candidate will help maintain records, coordinate communications, manage office resources, and assist with information gathering and reporting.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to inquiries by explaining department services, processes, and established guidelines.
• Help address service-related issues by tracking concerns, gathering details, and supporting timely resolution.
• Draft, format, and update correspondence, logs, and other documents using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Use standard office equipment, including printers, copiers, and shredders, to support daily administrative needs.
• Collect information from various sources and prepare clear summaries or reports for management review.
• Maintain records and compile routine statistical or operational data for internal reporting purposes.
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and other departmental correspondence.
• Monitor office supply levels, maintain inventory records, and assist with ordering needed materials.
• Organize and file documents while improving filing methods to support efficient record retrieval.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least five years of executive administrative support experience
• Meeting Minute taking
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Advanced Excel, Word and Outlook required
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal stakeholders.
• Solid problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Compensation
