Marketing Automation Specialist

We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to provide part-time support for a Contract position based in Irvine, California. This 3-month assignment will focus on delivering targeted marketing initiatives, strengthening brand messaging, and advancing digital content and campaign priorities. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in marketing automation, digital campaign execution, and content development while working effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Execute targeted marketing campaigns that support technology and data center service initiatives.
• Create and refine brand-aligned content, including customer success stories and supporting collateral.
• Develop structured messaging resources that help maintain consistency across marketing communications.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to improve website content and implement digital updates that enhance user experience.
• Coordinate with external and internal partners to gather, organize, and manage video materials for marketing use.
• Monitor campaign activity and digital performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Support email marketing efforts and paid digital initiatives using tools such as Google Ads and analytics platforms.

Qualifications:

• Experience in marketing automation, digital marketing, or a related marketing specialty.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and AdWords for campaign management and reporting.
• Knowledge of email campaign execution and performance tracking.
• Familiarity with on-page SEO principles and optimization tools such as BrightEdge.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to develop effective marketing content.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a part-time, short-term contract environment.

Compensation

$38.00-$44.00 Hourly
