Human Resources Generalist
Growing New York City firm is currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist . The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of human resources experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. This role will support a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day human resources operations and employee relations initiatives.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Administer employee benefits programs and answer employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Assist with performance management processes, including evaluations and employee development plans.
- Support HRIS data entry, reporting, and recordkeeping.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of human resources experience required.
- Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
- Experience with onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and HR compliance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Compensation
$65,000.00-$70,000.00 YearlyAbout Us
