Compensation: $66.50 to $77 Hourly

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support a long-term contract opportunity in Farmington, Connecticut within the real estate property and facilities management sector. This role will guide project execution from planning through delivery, keeping schedules on track, aligning stakeholders, and driving measurable progress across key initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a structured project delivery approach and can apply established methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Six Sigma to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities:
• Direct project plans, schedules, and day-to-day coordination to keep workstreams moving toward agreed milestones.
• Lead cross-functional meetings, clarify priorities, and ensure stakeholders understand deadlines, dependencies, and expected outcomes.
• Monitor project timelines and performance metrics, identifying risks early and driving corrective action when needed.
• Promote accountability across teams by tracking deliverables and following through on open items to support successful execution.
• Apply project management frameworks, including Agile, Waterfall, and Six Sigma practices, based on the needs of each initiative.
• Prepare clear status updates, reports, and documentation for leadership and project participants.
• Facilitate process improvements that strengthen workflow efficiency, communication, and overall project results.
• Support project process flow management and coordinate implementation activities to maintain momentum throughout the engagement.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience managing projects with responsibility for scope, schedule, and stakeholder coordination.
• Working knowledge of project delivery methods such as Agile, Waterfall, and Six Sigma.
• Strong ability to organize multiple priorities and keep teams aligned to deadlines and commitments.
• Experience leading meetings, documenting progress, and communicating updates to diverse stakeholders.
• Proven skill in identifying project risks, resolving issues, and maintaining forward progress.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in a cross-functional business environment.
• Background in project management within a corporate, property, facilities, or related operational setting is preferred.

Compensation

$66.50-$77.00 Hourly
