Email Marketing Manager

We are looking for an Email Marketing Manager to lead high-impact digital outreach initiatives for a long-term contract opportunity based in Atlanta, Georgia. This role focuses on building effective email strategies, improving audience targeting, and delivering effective campaigns that support broader marketing goals. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams while ensuring each campaign meets brand, technical, and performance standards.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage end-to-end email marketing programs that align with campaign objectives and audience needs.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to plan messaging, timelines, and execution for recurring and one-time marketing initiatives.
• Create and refine email content and layout concepts to improve engagement, readability, and brand consistency.
• Use email marketing platforms and Salesforce-based tools to build, schedule, and deploy campaigns accurately.
• Apply audience segmentation strategies to deliver targeted communications that increase relevance and response rates.
• Perform thorough quality checks on links, formatting, personalization, and rendering before launch.
• Monitor campaign performance and share insights that help optimize future marketing efforts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve production issues and maintain smooth campaign delivery.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience managing email campaigns within a marketing environment.
• Hands-on knowledge of email marketing platforms and campaign deployment workflows.
• Familiarity with Salesforce platform capabilities related to marketing execution.
• Ability to work effectively with internal teams across marketing, design, and operations functions.
• Strong understanding of email design best practices, including layout, responsiveness, and user engagement.
• Experience with audience segmentation and targeted campaign development.
• Detail-oriented approach to quality assurance for email content, links, and formatting.
