We are looking for a detail-oriented Paralegal to support commercial real estate and land acquisition matters for a construction-focused organization in Atlanta, Georgia. • Examine contracts carefully to detect errors, missing language, and negotiated changes, then incorporate updates to reflect current business terms.
• Coordinate with internal leaders, legal partners, and external parties to move real estate transactions forward within expected timelines.
• Maintain transaction files, critical dates, and supporting records for leases, purchase agreements, development deals, and related property documents.
• Assist with matters involving larger commercial sites such as retail centers, plazas, stores, and other multi-site or chain-location transactions.
• Contribute to legal support needs tied to ongoing operational changes or legacy processes when they affect real estate documentation and deal execution.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated paralegal experience supporting commercial real estate transactions and contract review.

• Background in land acquisition work, including purchase agreements, due diligence coordination, or related documentation.

• Strong ability to analyze legal documents, spot inconsistencies, and make precise revisions.

• Experience handling both residential and commercial real estate agreements is highly valued.
