Benefits Administration Specialist
Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented professional to join a growing Benefits Administration team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, solving problems, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. The role combines customer support, administrative responsibilities, and benefits-related assistance while serving as a key resource for members and employer groups. Successful candidates will be comfortable managing customer conversations, navigating multiple systems, and accurately processing information while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and timely support to customers regarding benefits, enrollment, and account-related inquiries.
- Assist customers with updates, changes, and general administrative requests.
- Research customer concerns and provide accurate information and solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Utilize multiple systems and databases to access, verify, and update information.
- Process benefits-related transactions and documentation with a high degree of accuracy.
- Deliver a positive and personalized customer experience during every interaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure service excellence.
- Adapt to evolving processes, technology, and business needs.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, call center, benefits, healthcare, administrative, or member services experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Professional, adaptable, and customer-focused approach.
- Reliable transportation for onsite training and hybrid work requirements.
Compensation
