We are hiring a Janitorial Field Supervisor for an important commercial facilities contract in the Galveston area. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in clean buildings, strong teams, and consistent service.
The right person will supervise janitorial staff, inspect work, document completed tasks, communicate issues, and help make sure the property is clean, safe, and ready for the client every day. This role requires reliability, leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work in the field with the team.
