Job Title: Assistant Manager for Business and Financial Operations (AMB) Training Support

Location: Work shall be conducted at the Hanford Field Office (HFO), government offices, the Hanford Site and Richland, WA. This position may be telework eligible at the discretion of the Technical Monitor (TM) in consultation with the Contracting Officer (CO). If this position is identified as telework eligible, there will be a 30-day waiting period in which 100% in-office support will be expected. Only the CO can waive the 30-day waiting period requirement. If in-person support is identified as required for any reason and for any length of time by the TM or CO, the contractor shall report for duty in-person as requested. 

Employment Status: Full-time, hourly non-exempt, Services Contract Act (SCA)

Security Requirements: Must obtain and maintain Department of Energy (DOE) security clearance; U.S. citizen

Compensation Range: $33.38 - $38.18 per hour; based on geographical location, years of relevant professional experience and qualifications and educational background.

 

AttainX is seeking a training support administrator/specialist to support DOE HFO's AMB.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, communications, IT or another related field

  • 5 years of directly applicable experience providing technical or business support to management on projects

  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with event/conference planning

  • Excellent communication responsiveness and customer service skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft (MS) 365, specifically MS Word and Excel

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with maintenance of the Training and Development Outlook mailbox and calendar. 

  • Assist in coordination of internal HFO training efforts, to include maintaining the database of training sessions, collecting rosters, feedback and presentations and updating the Training SharePoint site. 

  • Distribute routine communications to all Hanford employees regarding upcoming training, conferences/expo and development opportunities, including NTC offerings.

  • Provide support by maintaining Learning Management Systems (to include Learning Nucleus, Success Factors, electronic Technical Qualification Program (eTQP), Site Acquisition Career Management ((SACM)). 

  • Attend Training and Development meetings, as needed, and provide summary/updates.

  • Provide logistics support for in-person and virtual training events.

  • Provide purchase card support to the federal staff through market research, data entry, obtaining necessary approvals and other document preparation as requested.

  • Support the Required Reading Program and distribution of reading assignments to employees. 

  • Research and curate content to support the learning and development needs of HFO employees. 

  • Attend conferences and other events, as needed, as part of the HFO Training and Development Team for continued program growth and development. 

  • Plan and coordinate HFO training events for the HFO Training and Development Program Manager. 

  • Provide producer support for virtual training events at HFO. 

  • Manage and update Training SharePoint site and organize critical files for rapid access.
