Human Resources Director
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Director to lead the people strategy for a fast-paced manufacturing and fulfillment operation in Fort Worth, Texas. This role partners closely with senior leadership to align workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational development with business objectives. The ideal candidate brings both strategic perspective and day-to-day HR leadership, with the ability to strengthen processes, support a multi-shift workforce, and guide a high-performing HR team.

Direct-hire opportunity for a strategic HR leader ready to own workforce strategy in a multi-shift manufacturing & fulfillment environment.
You’ll sit on the senior leadership team, report directly to the GM, and translate business goals into talent strategy — workforce planning, leadership development, performance, culture, compensation, benefits, and retention. Lead a small HR team while building systems and structure from the ground up. Hands-on capability with payroll, benefits, leave, and HRIS is essential.
Hybrid schedule after 90 days. Bilingual a plus.

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of progressive human resources leadership experience, ideally within manufacturing, fulfillment, or other fast-paced operational settings.• Proven ability to translate business priorities into practical talent strategies and HR programs.
• Strong background in employee relations, HR administration, benefits, onboarding, and leave management.
• Hands-on experience working with HRIS platforms and supporting payroll-related processes.
• Demonstrated success leading and developing HR staff while building effective people processes.
• Knowledge of employment practices and compliance requirements in a multi-shift workforce environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence leaders at multiple levels.
• Bilingual communication skills are a plus.
Compensation
