Customer Service Representative

We're seeking a Customer Service Representative who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and keeping orders moving from start to finish. This long-term contract opportunity offers the chance to work closely with customers and cross-functional teams while making a direct impact on the customer experience. • Enter, process, and manage customer orders from receipt through completion
• Coordinate with internal teams to confirm pricing, inventory availability, forecasts, and order status
• Monitor open orders and make updates to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines
• Maintain customer account information and prepare necessary sales documentation
• Process returns, customer requests, and supporting documentation as needed
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely updates and issue resolution
• Track inventory activity and assist with order replenishment planning
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of customer service, order entry, account support, or administrative experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with ERP systems, SAP, or similar platforms preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
