Project Manager

Robert Half is seeking a Marketing Project Manager for a 3+ month contract opportunity in the Greater Boston area. This is a remote, 40-hour-per-week position; candidates must be willing and able to work Eastern (EST) hours. The Marketing Project Manager will lead complex, cross-functional marketing programs and integrated campaign initiatives from intake and prioritization through execution and performance measurement. This individual will play a key role in optimizing marketing operations, driving stakeholder alignment, improving workflows, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact marketing programs. The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and hands-on project leadership experience within a fast-paced marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of integrated marketing programs, campaigns, and go-to-market initiatives
• Manage project intake, prioritization, planning, execution, and reporting
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and success metrics
• Facilitate cross-functional planning, status meetings, and stakeholder reviews
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Operations, and external teams to drive execution
• Allocate resources across competing priorities and initiatives
• Monitor risks, dependencies, and project health; drive resolution as needed
• Develop dashboards, reporting frameworks, and executive updates
• Improve workflows, processes, and operational efficiency across marketing
• Support campaign governance, intake processes, and prioritization efforts
• Create and maintain project documentation and standard operating procedures
• Analyze performance and operational trends to identify improvements
• Drive stakeholder alignment and adoption of best practices

Qualifications:

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related
• 5+ years of project, program, or marketing operations experience
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional marketing initiatives
• Strong background in integrated marketing campaigns and go-to-market programs
• Experience with Workfront, Monday.com, Asana, Jira, or similar project management tools
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Expertise in workflow optimization, process improvement, and program execution
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience creating executive-level reporting, dashboards, and project updates
• PMP, Agile, or related certification preferred
• In-house or agency experience
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-directer
