Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day administrative support by coordinating office activities, handling correspondence, and assisting with general clerical needs.
• Answer inbound calls, greet and assist contacts professionally, and help direct questions or requests to the appropriate team members.
• Enter, update, and maintain records with a high level of accuracy using office systems and tracking tools such as Microsoft Excel and Smartsheet.
• Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and email communications using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Manage schedules, organize information, and keep materials and files well maintained to support efficient office operations.
• Handle sensitive information with sound judgment and maintain confidentiality in all administrative matters.
• Balance multiple assignments in a fast-moving environment while adjusting quickly to shifting priorities and team needs.
• Work independently on assigned tasks while also collaborating effectively with colleagues to meet departmental goals.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in an administrative, office support, receptionist, or related role.• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong data entry skills with careful attention to accuracy and detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal interactions.
• Demonstrated customer service skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage several priorities at once.
• Ability to use discretion when working with confidential or sensitive information.
• Comfortable following direction, working both independently and as part of a team, and adapting to changing needs.
Compensation
