Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Outreach & Network Coordinator to support our growing team by making outbound calls to healthcare providers and medical offices to help expand and maintain our professional network.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional with strong communication skills and a customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to physician offices and healthcare providers to discuss network participation opportunities.
• Build positive relationships with office staff and healthcare professionals.
• Accurately document call activity and maintain records in company databases.
• Research and verify provider information.
• Assist with tracking outreach efforts and reporting activity.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat, to manage and organize information.
• Work closely with internal teams to support network growth initiatives.
• Resolve questions and gather information in a professional and efficient manner.

We're seeking someone who is confident on the phone, enjoys building relationships, and is comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls. The ideal candidate is professional, resourceful, and motivated by helping organizations grow through effective outreach and communication.

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a clear and courteous phone manner.

• Proficiency with computers and confidence using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Word.

• Previous experience handling inbound and outbound calls in a customer service or call center setting.

• Accurate data entry skills and strong attention to detail when managing records and correspondence.

• Demonstrated ability to solve problems effectively and think critically in a fast-moving environment.

• Comfortable managing multiple tasks at once, including scheduling, email follow-up, and administrative support.

• Quick learner with a positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
