Office Manager
Responsibilities:
• Open and prepare the office each day so the workspace is ready for employees, visitors, and scheduled business activities.
• Welcome customers and other visitors professionally, answering questions and directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Receive in-person payments and help ensure they are documented and routed correctly for timely processing.
• Manage front-desk and receptionist activities, including handling general inquiries and maintaining an organized reception area.
• Accept employment applications and resumes, track submissions, and communicate hiring decisions as directed.
• Monitor office inventory levels and place orders to keep supplies stocked and available for daily operations.
• Support accounts payable tasks by organizing invoices, maintaining records, and assisting with routine payment administration.
• Provide general administrative assistance to help maintain efficient office workflows and consistent day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in office administration, office management, or front-desk support.• Ability to deliver attentive customer service in a client-facing environment.
• Experience handling office supply inventory and coordinating purchases when needed.
• Familiarity with basic accounts payable processes and administrative recordkeeping.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks throughout the day.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers, applicants, and internal staff.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced office setting with a high level of reliability and attention to detail.
• Real estate industry experience is helpful, but not required.
Compensation
