General Office Clerk

We are looking for a dependable General Office Clerk to support daily administrative operations for a Contract position based in Airway Heights, Washington. This role is well suited to someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable handling high volumes of paperwork, and able to keep records accurate and accessible. The ideal candidate will contribute to back-office efficiency through document management, data processing, and general clerical support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process and digitize paper records by scanning documents and verifying image quality for accuracy and completeness.

• Sort, label, and maintain physical and electronic files so information can be retrieved quickly when needed.

• Review documents for missing information and organize materials before filing or distribution.

• Assist with back-office workflows by tracking paperwork, managing document queues, and supporting record maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Ability to perform document scanning and related clerical tasks with consistent accuracy.

• Experience or aptitude for organizing files in both physical and digital formats.

• Basic data entry skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Comfortable handling repetitive administrative work while meeting productivity expectations.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
