Clinical Administrative Assistant
A Healthcare company is looking for a Clinical Administrative Assistant to provide organized, detail-focused support for clinical operations in California. This Clinical Administrative Assistant will support administrative workflows within a healthcare setting. The Clinical Administrative Assistant is comfortable working with electronic health record systems, managing front-office coordination, and helping clinical programs run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily administrative tasks that support clinical teams, including scheduling, document handling, and general office coordination.
• Greet visitors, respond to incoming calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff in a detail-focused and timely manner.
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate patient or program information within the electronic health record system.
• Assist with front-desk and receptionist coverage to ensure an organized and welcoming environment for patients and staff.
• Support clinical program operations by preparing records, tracking information, and following established administrative procedures.
• Monitor shared communications and help coordinate follow-up actions, appointments, or documentation requests.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive healthcare information and administrative records.

• Prior experience in an administrative support role within a medical, clinical, or healthcare environment.
• Hands-on familiarity with electronic health record systems and confidence navigating digital patient documentation.
• Ability to manage inbound calls, front-office interactions, and general receptionist responsibilities effectively.
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in administrative office procedures, including scheduling, filing, and document management.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with a detail-oriented and service-oriented approach.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks, stay organized, and work reliably in a fast-paced setting.
Compensation
