Human Resources Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Recruiter to support hiring efforts for a client of ours in Calabasas. This Contract position focuses on managing recruitment activities from initial sourcing through offer coordination while helping teams attract talent with relevant experience efficiently. The ideal candidate brings strong corporate recruiting experience, excels at conducting interviews, and is comfortable using applicant tracking tools, including Workday Recruiting, to keep the hiring process organized and effective.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned openings, guiding each search from intake discussions through final hiring steps.

• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels and talent networks.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role expectations, align on candidate profiles, and support timely hiring decisions.

• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate experience, background, and overall fit for open positions.

• Manage job postings, applicant flow, and recruitment documentation within the applicant tracking system to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and communication between candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.

• Track recruiting progress and provide updates on pipeline health, hiring activity, and market insights to support workforce planning.

• Support recruiting operations and process improvements, including workflow updates within Workday Recruiting when needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience handling full-cycle recruiting in a corporate environment.
• Strong background in sourcing candidates for a variety of roles.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct structured interviews and assess candidate qualifications effectively.
• Hands-on experience using an applicant tracking system to manage recruitment workflows.
• Working knowledge of Workday Recruiting and its core hiring functions.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and internal partners.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining organization and attention to detail.

Compensation

$31.66-$38.00 Hourly
