Class Scheduling Administrator



The School of Business seeks support in execution of class scheduling process and related administration support. Duties associated with this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Gathers and compiles course scheduling assignments from academic areas;
  • Creates and distributes class scheduling reports on enrollment and demand data to inform scheduling decisions;
  • Coordinates with the Office of the Registrar on schedule requirements, deadlines, and system updates;
  • Loads approved schedules into PeopleSoft in accordance with timelines and instruction from the Office of the Registrar;
  • Communicates regularly with stakeholders regarding status of work, upcoming deadlines and instructions for providing inputs;
  • Manages classroom and other space assignments to support scheduling needs across programs.
  • Recommends process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency;
  • Other duties as assigned.

A bachelor's degree in business management and experience in PeopleSoft is preferred. Experience with project management, data management Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook are required. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail and time management.
