Description:

Performs environmental compliance tasks independently within one or more media areas, with limited supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently conduct and document required inspections and coordinate weekly/monthly waste pickups.
  • Prepare draft Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs) and permit-tracking entries; maintain compliance records.
  • Coordinate hazardous waste characterization, accumulation, and shipment; support manifest and e-manifest processing.
  • Maintain and update data in government environmental systems and GIS/field-mapping tools.
  • Assist with permit renewals, notifications, and regulatory recordkeeping.

Qualifications:

  • Years of Experience: 2-5 years of relevant environmental compliance experience
  • Education Level: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant environmental discipline.
  • Clearance Requirements: Must be able to obtain and maintain a NASA PIV badge.
  • Certification Requirements: 40-hour HAZWOPER; DOT/IATA/RCRA hazardous waste training.

Salary Range: $65,000 to $75,000

The compensation range listed for this position represents the good faith salary range Din Development Corporation (DDC) and its subsidiaries reasonably expect to pay for the role, in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the position's responsibilities, the candidate's education, experience, skills, internal equity, market considerations, and any applicable collective bargaining agreements or legal requirements.
