(Lansing, MI) Analyze, manipulate, and process large sets of data using statistical software including Jupyter, Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Azure DevOps, Jira, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and Akur8 to support strategic corporate goals and initiatives, using descriptive, predictive, statistical, and advanced analytical techniques. Develop data sources and structures required to identify relationships and trends impacting research results. Apply feature selection algorithms to models to perform in-depth profiling and exploratory data analysis to identify relationships, redundancies, correlations, and anomalies within data. Investigate exploratory data analysis and modeled results to identify business solutions, including budgeting and staffing decisions. Adhere to CRISP-DM principles during data analysis and modeling efforts when identifying business problems and objectives. Test, validate, and reformulate models, and recommend improvements to predictive modeling and analytical processes within data analysis solution pipelines.
Minimum of Masters Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics and Data Science, or related and two years experience as Data Scientist, Consultant or related position required.
Remote work permitted up to 3 days/week.
