The US Channel Manager is responsible for the creation and execution of sales strategies to drive and grow sales in the USA through worldwide Dealer-Sales Organizations and internal partnerships with the Direct Sales Channel. The US Sales Manager must possess the ability to authentically establish and maintain quick and lasting business relationships with customers, prospects, internal business partners and end user companies. The US Sales Manager must be technically savvy with a deep desire and curiosity to learn and influence.

What you will do in the position:

  • Responsible for managing and developing the Dealer Sales Organization to meet or exceed assigned revenue goals, market development, and identifying revenue generation opportunities.
  • Coordinates sales distribution by establishing and monitoring sales territories, quotas, and specific customer targets working through the Dealer-Sales and directly with the end-user customers while maintaining regular direct customer relationships with key customer logos in the US.
  • Will provide ongoing sales and product training for assigned Dealers, develop and promote improved sales tactics, promotions, and customer service techniques to be deployed by the dealer community, and work with various HME departments to maximize effectiveness in this area.
  • Identify areas in the US where HME should install new/replacement dealers, work with the customer base to identify the highest quality dealer candidates in each area, and work closely with HME product development groups to coordinate required product approvals and other support documents for use by our Dealers and customers.

  • Successful experience in Vendor, Third Party, or Dealer -Sales Organizations
  • Trade Show Support/Experience
  • Effective communication, Leadership, Organizational, and Negotiation Skills, Presentation, Coaching and Training, Customer Service, Time Management
  • Product Knowledge, Technical Expertise, Background
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Travel: Available for 30% - 50% of travel as needed
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred

Pay Range: $87,800-$117,000 Plus Commission. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for the role. This may vary depending on experience and other factors. Our benefits package includes tuition reimbursement; 3 weeks paid vacation your first year, paid holidays, medical, vision, and dental coverage, pet insurance, life insurance, and 401K contributions.
