Associate Manager, Cloud Service Delivery Engineer

As an Associate Manager, Cloud Service Delivery Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing Microsoft Azure environments while partnering with service providers, technology teams, finance customers, and business partners. You'll employ your cloud expertise to ensure operational excellence, optimize cloud investments, automate processes, and implement guidelines that enable innovation and business growth.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Maintaining relationships with managed service providers and collaborating with internal teams to support day-to-day Azure cloud operations.
  • Designing, deploying, maintaining, and enhancing Azure cloud infrastructure aligned with business and technical requirements.
  • Implementing FinOps practices to monitor cloud consumption, analyze spending trends, forecast costs, and optimize resource utilization.
  • Automating cloud operations, provisioning activities, reporting processes, and infrastructure management through PowerShell scripting, ARM template deployment, and related tools.
  • Ensuring Azure environments adhere to security, compliance, governance, and operational standards.
  • Providing technical guidance and solving support for cloud infrastructure, platform services, and operational challenges.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation, standards, and procedures that support Azure operations and FinOps initiatives.
  • Collaborating with technology, finance, and business customers to align cloud capabilities with organizational objectives and performance goals.

 

 

We want you to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
  • 8+ years in cloud engineering, infrastructure operations, technology operations, service delivery, managed services, or related fields supporting enterprise-scale environments.
  • Strong experience administering and supporting Microsoft Azure cloud services, VMware, and related infrastructure technologies.
  • Experience working alongside managed service vendors, suppliers, or third-party partners to deliver cloud operations and infrastructure services.
  • Demonstrated success applying FinOps approaches, including cloud cost management, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and resource optimization.
  • Working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, networking concepts, Azure governance, security, compliance, monitoring, and operational protocols.
  • Experience automating infrastructure and operational processes using PowerShell, ARM templates, or similar automation technologies.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps administration and configuration of pipelines.
  • Azure certifications such as Azure Administrator, Azure Solutions Architect, or other relevant cloud certifications preferred, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer management skills.

 

 

 

The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions. The Salary Range for this position is: $104,900.00 - $152,150.00.
