We're currently seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at our modern, state-of-the-art Distribution Center in Fort Worth, Texas.

1st Shift, Monday through Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

Two paid 15-minute breaks

What You'll Do 

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you'll play a key role in keeping daily warehouse operations running smoothly. You'll help maintain productivity, ensure quality standards are met, coordinate workflow within your assigned area, and provide training and guidance to warehouse associates while working alongside the team.

  • Leading and supporting daily activities within your assigned warehouse area.
  • Monitoring workflow and productivity to ensure operational goals are achieved.
  • Training and onboarding new employees.
  • Cross-training team members to build flexibility and efficiency within the operation.
  • Motivating, coaching, and guiding associates in the various phases of their work.
  • Assisting in the shipping department with: 
    • Outbound freight coordination and carrier communication.
    • Processing freight orders and shipping documentation.
    • Working with delivery drivers and transportation partners.
    • Scheduling pickup appointments and coordinating shipments.
  • Promoting a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. 

What We're Looking For 

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • General understanding of warehouse operations and distribution environments.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to complete online forms and documents.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to perform accurate business math.
  • Ability to lift 70 pounds and perform physical activities including standing, reaching, walking, and moving throughout the shift.
  • Reliable attendance and strong punctuality.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background screening.
