Position Description

Serve as the Deputy to the Assistant Dean of Clinical Operations, providing administrative support and group practice management of Midland Operations with other operations as assigned. Works closely with leaders to optimize operations while providing a robust learning experience. Independently operates, identifies future constraints, and solves problems with limited to no oversight.

Major/Essential Functions

  • Directs, plans, coordinates, and supervises the operation and activities of a specialized unit or small department.
  • Develops and implements policies and procedures.
  • Administers the budget, organizes tasks, and sets priorities.
  • Serves as liaison with university personnel and the community at large.
  • Works under general supervision with broad latitude for initiative and independent judgment.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related area plus five years of progressively responsible management experience OR a combination of education and/or years of experience in management to equal a minimum of 9 years.
