Executive Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Manage the President’s day-to-day administrative needs, including drafting clear correspondence, preparing documents, and ensuring timely follow-through on key requests.
• Support leadership initiatives by coordinating projects, organizing materials, and providing clerical and administrative assistance across a range of business priorities.
• Create high-quality reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and charts while compiling leadership updates for recurring finance and board-level reporting.
• Prepare and distribute internal communication materials on behalf of executive leadership, ensuring messaging is clear, accurate, and delivered on schedule.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information, executive communications, and organizational documents.
• Provide oversight and guidance for front desk and reception coverage to help ensure an efficient office experience.
• Plan and coordinate company and board events by securing venues, arranging catering, assembling materials, organizing support staff, and assisting on-site as needed.
• Partner with organizational leadership on fundraising efforts by helping develop and execute events and activities that advance strategic goals.
• Coordinate executive calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel logistics to support leadership effectiveness and time management.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience providing direct administrative support to senior executives or organizational leadership.• Strong ability to manage calendars, coordinate executive meetings, and prioritize multiple time-sensitive tasks.
• Experience arranging business travel and handling related logistics with accuracy and efficiency.
• Advanced proficiency in preparing high-quality documents, spreadsheets, reports, and presentation materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear internal and external correspondence.
• Demonstrated discretion and sound judgment when working with confidential information.
• Ability to coordinate events and support cross-functional projects in a deadline-driven environment.
Compensation
