Test Center Administrator
Responsibilities:
• Welcome test candidates, explain check-in procedures, and provide a positive and attentive service experience throughout their visit.
• Monitor daily testing operations to help ensure policies, security standards, and site procedures are consistently followed.
• Enter candidate information, testing records, and other administrative details accurately into internal systems and files.
• Respond to customer questions promptly and work to resolve service-related concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Coordinate appointment details, manage communications, and support scheduling activities using email and office software.
• Prepare testing materials, maintain orderly workspaces, and assist with routine office tasks that keep the center running smoothly.
• Use Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel to track information, organize documents, and support reporting needs.
• Assist with operational updates or process changes as needed while maintaining a smooth experience for customers and staff.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in customer service, front desk support, or another client-facing administrative role.• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and deliver consistent service in a structured environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
• Comfortable following established procedures, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting secure operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact respectfully with diverse individuals.
• Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities during busy periods.
Compensation
