Call Center Specialist

Robert Half is partnering with a respected local financial organization to hire a Call Center Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
• Assist customers with account inquiries, payment questions, and general service requests
• Research and resolve customer concerns while ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Document all customer interactions in the company's system
• Provide clear explanations regarding products, services, and account information
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
• Meet established quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer and financial information

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• Previous call center, customer service, banking, credit union, or financial services experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems while speaking with customers
• Ability to remain professional and empathetic in challenging situations
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish preferred) are a plus
