Location: Tulsa, OK (Travel/Commute to Muskogee Required)

Pay: $60,000–$70,000 (DOE)

Schedule: Full-Time | 2-Year Contract

Position Overview:

A growing construction company is seeking an outgoing, organized, and community-focused Community Engagement Coordinator to support relationship-building efforts, office operations, and community outreach initiatives. This role is ideal for a highly personable professional who enjoys interacting with people, coordinating events, and serving as a positive representative of the company.

The successful candidate will have a strong administrative background, experience coordinating events, and the ability to build relationships with employees, community members, vendors, and external partners. This position requires a proactive “people person” who is comfortable in a front-facing role, can manage multiple priorities, and enjoys creating a welcoming and professional experience for all interactions. The position is based in Tulsa, with regular commuting to Muskogee required.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for community members, visitors, vendors, and internal teams
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and local organizations
  • Coordinate community outreach activities, company events, meetings, and engagement initiatives
  • Assist with planning, organizing, and executing events from concept through completion
  • Manage event logistics, including scheduling, vendors, materials, communications, and follow-up
  • Provide professional front-facing support and represent the company with a positive, welcoming attitude
  • Support office operations, including scheduling, documentation, correspondence, and administrative coordination
  • Maintain organized records, contact lists, event details, and community engagement tracking
  • Coordinate communication efforts between leadership, employees, community partners, and external contacts
  • Assist with company announcements, presentations, and community-facing materials
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal company events
  • Help identify opportunities to strengthen community presence and improve relationships
  • Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in office administration, office management, community outreach, event coordination, or a related field
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Outgoing, approachable personality with the ability to connect with a wide range of people
  • Experience planning and coordinating events, meetings, or community activities
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional presentation with the ability to serve in a front-facing company role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and Google Workspace preferred
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership and operational teams
  • Experience supporting construction, operations, or blue-collar environments is a plus
  • Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Muskogee as needed
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen

Compensation

$28.00-$33.00 Hourly
