Supply Chain Manager

Our client, a growing organization within the consumer products space, is seeking a Supply Chain / Customer Service Manager to serve as a key liaison between customers, internal teams, manufacturing partners, and logistics providers. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing customer service, order management, and supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, open orders, and related communications.
• Manage order flow from placement through fulfillment, ensuring accuracy, timely updates, and successful execution.
• Monitor order activity and maintain accurate data, reporting, and date tracking within company systems.
• Partner closely with manufacturing facilities, logistics providers, and cross-functional teams to support shipping, inventory movement, and supply chain operations.
• Proactively follow up on open items, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Support ongoing process improvements while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and organization.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, order management, logistics, supply chain, or customer operations.
• Strong understanding of shipping processes, inventory flow, and order fulfillment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• SAP experience is highly preferred.

Compensation

$85,000.00-$110,000.00 Yearly
