Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day administrative activities to help the office run efficiently and stay well organized.
• Respond to incoming phone calls in a courteous manner, direct inquiries appropriately, and relay messages promptly.
• Welcome visitors and provide courteous reception support while maintaining a positive office environment.
• Enter, update, and verify data in office records and internal systems with a high level of accuracy.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, files, and general administrative materials for easy access.
• Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and other clerical tasks to support team operations.
• Monitor office workflows and help address routine administrative needs as they arise.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in an administrative assistant, receptionist, or general office support role.• Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and communicate clearly with internal and external contacts.
• Strong data entry skills with careful attention to accuracy and detail.
• Working knowledge of standard administrative office procedures and clerical practices.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks, priorities, and routine requests in a busy environment.
• Proficiency with basic office software and general computer-based administrative tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and a dependable, service-oriented approach to work.
Compensation
