Customer Experience Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to support customers and ensure a smooth experience throughout the order lifecycle. This Long-term Contract position focuses on responding to inquiries, coordinating order-related activities, and maintaining strong communication with both internal teams and external clients. The ideal candidate will bring a service-minded approach, strong written communication skills, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently while supporting account needs.

Responsibilities:
• Manage customer inquiries through email and other communication channels, providing timely and attentive support.
• Coordinate order entry, updates, and follow-through to help ensure accurate and efficient fulfillment.
• Maintain customer accounts by reviewing details, updating information, and addressing service-related needs.
• Investigate order concerns and work across teams to resolve issues with clarity and urgency.
• Serve as a key point of contact for customers, keeping them informed on order status and next steps.
• Partner with internal departments to support smooth execution of customer requests and fulfillment activities.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, customer support, or a related client-facing role.
• Strong ability to communicate clearly and professionally through email correspondence.
• Comfortable handling order-related tasks, account support, and issue resolution in a fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency with standard business systems and tools used for communication and order management.

Compensation

$19.00-$22.00 Hourly
