Mailroom Clerk

We are looking for a dependable Mailroom Clerk to support daily office operations. This Long-term Contract position focuses on receiving, organizing, and distributing incoming mail and packages with accuracy and care. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, maintains an orderly workspace, and communicates effectively with delivery personnel and internal staff.

Responsibilities:

• Receive deliveries and acknowledge incoming mail and packages in a timely and detail-oriented manner.

• Organize letters, parcels, and related items for prompt distribution to the correct teams or recipients.

• Maintain a neat, efficient, and fully functional mailroom environment throughout the workday.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to sort and route mail with strong attention to detail.

• Reliable and self-directed approach to working independently in a solo support role.

• Clear communication skills for interacting with couriers, visitors, and internal personnel.
