Inventory Clerk

We are looking for a dependable Inventory Clerk to support maintenance inventory activities for a 3-month Contract position in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. This role focuses on organizing stock, verifying part counts, and keeping inventory records accurate in a fast-paced plant setting. The position works Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and is well suited for someone who is organized, detail-focused, and comfortable using computers for data entry.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain order within the maintenance inventory area so materials and parts are easy to locate and track.
• Perform physical counts of parts and supplies to help bring inventory records up to date.
• Enter inventory information into the company’s maintenance tracking system with a high level of accuracy.
• Compare counted quantities against recorded amounts and flag discrepancies for review.
• Support ongoing inventory tracking activities to improve stock visibility and control.
• Work on the production floor in a non-climate-controlled environment while handling daily inventory tasks.

Qualifications:

• Previous exposure to inventory, stockroom, or parts control work is preferred.
• Strong organizational ability with the discipline to manage materials in a structured manner.
• High attention to detail when counting items and recording information.
• Basic computer proficiency, including comfort with data entry tasks.
• Ability to work consistently in an industrial setting that is not climate controlled.
• Reliable availability for a Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. schedule.
• Experience with inventory tracking, asset inventory, or physical inventory processes is a plus.
