A growing organization in Arlington, TX is seeking a talented Copywriter to join its marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys creating compelling content across multiple channels. The right candidate will be a versatile writer with experience developing marketing copy for email, web, social media, digital advertising, and video content.

We're looking for someone who can adapt their writing style to different audiences, maintain a consistent brand voice, and collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams to support integrated campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit engaging marketing copy across email, website, landing pages, social media, digital advertising, and video scripts
• Translate marketing objectives and creative briefs into clear, compelling messaging
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all customer-facing communications
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to support campaign development
• Revise and refine content based on feedback while ensuring accuracy and effectiveness
• Develop short-form copy that drives engagement and supports business goals
• Assist with proofreading and quality control of marketing materials

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of professional copywriting experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing marketing and campaign-focused work
• Experience writing across email, web, social, digital advertising, and related marketing channels
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
• Experience working within a marketing, advertising, or creative environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Agency experience
• Experience creating content for regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, healthcare, mortgage, or similar sectors
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital content optimization
• Experience developing video scripts and campaign messaging
