Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a team in Wooster, Ohio on a Contract assignment expected to last 3 to 4 months. In this role, you will support daily customer interactions by handling incoming inquiries, entering order details accurately, and maintaining organized records in company systems. This position is well suited for someone who is comfortable working with data entry tasks, communicating clearly with customers, and using basic computer applications efficiently.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to inbound customer calls and provide prompt, detail-focused assistance.
• Enter customer orders and related information into designated system fields with a high level of accuracy.
• Review submitted details carefully to help ensure records are complete and correctly documented.
• Support day-to-day customer service activities by addressing routine questions and requests.
• Communicate with customers to gather missing information needed to process orders or updates.
• Maintain organized electronic records and follow established procedures for data handling.
• Assist with outbound follow-up when additional clarification or confirmation is required.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or order support environment.
• Prior experience with order entry and accurate data input.
• Ability to manage inbound and outbound customer communication with strong attention to detail.
• Basic computer proficiency, including comfort navigating business systems and entering information efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced contract assignment.

Compensation

$20.00-$22.00 Hourly
