Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming customer calls professionally, offering clear guidance and thoughtful support throughout each interaction.
• Place outbound calls as needed to follow up on open matters, gather missing information, and help move requests toward completion.
• Assist customers with form completion and order-related questions, ensuring details are accurate and responses are thorough on the first submission.
• Monitor assigned applications and take timely action to reduce delays, unresolved items, and pending follow-ups.
• Maintain consistent on-queue availability during scheduled working hours and support service levels through reliable attendance.
• Document customer interactions carefully and update records so that account details and next steps are captured correctly.
• Apply coaching and feedback to improve call quality, accuracy, and overall customer service performance.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing support role.• Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on patience, clarity, and problem solving.
• Experience with order entry or similar data-input responsibilities requiring attention to detail.
• Ability to explain processes clearly and help customers complete forms accurately.
• Dependable attendance and the ability to remain engaged in a queue-based environment during scheduled hours.
• Receptive attitude toward coaching, performance feedback, and continuous improvement.
Compensation
