Human Resources (HR) Generalist
Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day HR support for a large employee population, handling personnel changes such as onboarding, internal moves, pay updates, leave activity, separations, and general workforce inquiries.
• Partner with payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, and broader HR teams to ensure employee records and transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, including new employee orientation, identification badge preparation, and support for onsite learning or certification programs.
• Facilitate recruiting-related administrative processes by evaluating job requisitions, confirming staffing and compensation details, and checking documentation before onboarding completion.
• Review compensation actions to ensure consistency with established pay structures and elevate exceptions for further review when needed.
• Maintain organized and compliant personnel documentation by auditing new employee files, updating employee records, and supporting document retention practices.
• Verify required regulatory and organizational paperwork is completed accurately to support compliance standards and audit readiness.
• Assist with HRIS-related activities, including maintaining data integrity in Dayforce and supporting system-based HR administration processes.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in human resources, with strong exposure to HR operations and employee lifecycle administration.• Background supporting employee relations, HR administration, onboarding, and benefits-related processes.
• Experience working with HRIS platforms, including Dayforce or a comparable human resources system.
• Knowledge of compensation administration, personnel documentation, and compliance-focused recordkeeping practices.
• Ability to manage a high volume of HR transactions while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to respond effectively to employees, managers, and cross-functional partners.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-moving, highly regulated environment.
