Marketing Project Manager

Robert Half is seeking a Marketing Project Manager for a 5+ month contract in the Greater Boston area. This is a remote, 37.5-hour-per-week opportunity; candidates must be willing and able to work eastern (EST) hours. The Project Manager will support a fast-paced marketing team across digital and integrated marketing initiatives while driving workflow efficiency, stakeholder alignment, and operational excellence across the marketing organization. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with experience managing complex marketing projects, navigating cross-functional teams, and leveraging project management tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of brand, digital, social, content, and integrated marketing projects
• Partner with Brand, Content, Social, Digital, Creative, and Marketing teams to drive project execution
• Lead project kickoffs, status meetings, stakeholder reviews, and retrospectives
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, dependencies, and resource allocations
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks
• Manage project intake, workflow, approvals, and trafficking processes
• Utilize Adobe Workfront or similar tools to track projects, priorities, and deliverables
• Facilitate communication across stakeholders, leadership, agencies, and external partners
• Develop project documentation, status reports, and dashboards
• Identify process improvements that increase efficiency, collaboration, and speed-to-market

Qualifications:

• Degree in marketing, management, or related
• 5+ years of project management experience within a marketing, creative, agency, or marketing operations environment
• Prior experience working in healthcare, professional services, or related agency environment a plus
• Experience managing digital or integrated marketing initiatives
• Knowledge of Adobe Workfront or related platform
• Prior Account Management or client-facing experience a big plus
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working across highly matrixed, cross-functional organizations
