Facilities Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate day-to-day facilities support requests and follow through on service needs to help maintain a safe and functional office environment.
• Monitor conference room readiness by arranging room setups, addressing basic issues, and helping ensure spaces are prepared for meetings and events.
• Enter, update, and track maintenance requests within the CMMS to support timely resolution and accurate recordkeeping.
• Assist with scheduling and communicating with vendors, building contacts, and internal teams regarding facility-related work.
• Maintain organized documentation for maintenance activities, workspace needs, and routine facilities operations.
• Support facilities coordination tasks such as supply monitoring, workspace checks, and general office upkeep.
• Help track employee timekeeping records and related administrative details using Kronos as needed for departmental support.
Qualifications:
• Experience supporting office or building operations in a facilities, workplace, or administrative capacity.• Working knowledge of CMMS platforms and computerized maintenance management processes.
• Ability to coordinate conference room logistics and respond to day-to-day workplace support needs.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and maintain accurate records.
• Comfortable communicating with vendors, staff, and internal stakeholders in a detail-oriented manner.
• Familiarity with timekeeping systems or similar software is preferred.
• Proficiency with standard office tools and the ability to learn internal facilities processes quickly.
Compensation
