International Tax Compliance Manager
Responsibilities:
• Evaluate foreign income tax provision data for international entities and assess reporting accuracy for the consolidated group.
• Review projected pre-tax income and income tax information used in budgets, forecasts, and periodic updates for non-U.S. subsidiaries.
• Prepare and manage required U.S. international tax filings, including Forms 5471, 5472, 5713, 8858, 8865, and 1120F.
• Track and maintain tax basis records for foreign entities to support compliance and reporting needs.
• Analyze international income inclusions under U.S. tax rules, including Subpart F, and consider the effects of current tax law provisions such as GILTI and Section 163(j).
• Update earnings and profits calculations, monitor foreign tax pools, and compute tested income or loss for applicable entities.
• Conduct research on international tax matters and contribute to planning initiatives that address compliance and business needs.
• Serve as a tax advisor to internal business partners by identifying material issues and assessing related tax exposure, benefit, and risk.
• Collaborate with the parent company accounting team by responding to information requests and supporting cross-functional tax matters.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in international tax compliance, foreign tax reporting, or U.S. international tax matters.• Strong working knowledge of federal international tax return preparation and related reporting requirements.
• Experience handling foreign subsidiary tax data, including earnings and profits, tax basis, and foreign tax attribute tracking.
• Familiarity with key U.S. international tax concepts such as Subpart F, GILTI, and Section 163(j).
• Ability to interpret tax regulations, perform technical research, and apply findings to compliance and planning activities.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Effective communication skills and experience partnering with accounting teams and business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and ethical judgment in handling sensitive tax matters.
Compensation
