Proposal Marketing Coordinator

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Job Type: Contract-to-Hire

Pay: $30–$38/hour

Schedule: Full-time | Hybrid

About the Role

We’re looking for a Proposal Marketing Coordinator to support business development and proposal efforts for a growing architecture, engineering, construction, or professional services organization in the Phoenix area.

This role will coordinate RFP and RFQ responses, develop proposal materials, maintain marketing content, and work closely with technical teams and leadership to produce polished, compelling submissions.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working under deadlines, and has strong writing and InDesign skills.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate responses to RFPs, RFQs, and other proposal requests
• Manage proposal schedules, deadlines, and submission requirements
• Develop and edit proposal content
• Format proposals and marketing materials in Adobe InDesign
• Coordinate resumes, project sheets, qualifications, and team information
• Work with project managers and technical professionals to gather information
• Maintain proposal templates and marketing content libraries
• Proofread proposals for grammar, consistency, and accuracy
• Assist with interview presentations and pursuit materials
• Update project descriptions and employee resumes
• Support award submissions and qualification packages
• Maintain CRM or proposal-tracking information
• Help ensure all submissions meet client requirements

Qualifications:

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of proposal coordination, AEC marketing, or professional services marketing experience
• Experience responding to RFPs or RFQs
• Strong Adobe InDesign skills
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities
• Excellent organization and deadline-management skills
• Ability to coordinate information from multiple stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working on multiple proposals simultaneously
