Human Resource Coordinator

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support our recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and employer branding efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career HR professional who enjoys connecting with people, leveraging social media, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of recruiting and human resources processes, strong communication skills, and the creativity to help showcase our company through social media and community outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

• Assist with recruiting efforts for open positions across the organization.
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
• Support job fair participation, recruiting events, and community outreach efforts.

Social Media & Employer Branding

• Create and post engaging content on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Highlight company culture, employee achievements, career opportunities, and community involvement.
• Assist with employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Monitor social media engagement and recommend strategies to increase visibility.

Human Resources Support

• Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation processes.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Support compliance with company policies and employment requirements.
• Help coordinate employee recognition programs, events, and engagement activities.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Internship or 1+ year of experience in HR, recruiting, administrative support, marketing, or social media management preferred.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
