HR Credential Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and motivated HR Credential Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working within Human Resources and be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and track employee credentialing, licensing, certifications, and renewals
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure documentation is up to date
• Monitor expiration dates and communicate renewal requirements to employees and managers
• Assist with onboarding by collecting and verifying required employment and compliance documents
• Work closely with HR, compliance, and department leaders to ensure credentialing standards are met
• Audit files for completeness and accuracy
• Prepare reports related to credential status, renewals, and compliance tracking
• Respond to employee questions regarding credentialing requirements and HR documentation
• Support process improvements to streamline credential tracking and reporting
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and continue growing within the HR field
