Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Specialist executes and optimizes online marketing programs designed to increase traffic, leads, conversions, and revenue. This person usually works across several digital channels including paid search, paid social, SEO, email, websites, analytics, and conversion optimization.

Typical Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns
• Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other paid platforms
• Monitor website traffic and conversion performance
• Perform keyword research and support SEO initiatives
• Develop landing pages and campaign funnels
• Track campaign performance through GA4 and other analytics platforms
• Conduct A/B testing and conversion-rate optimization
• Partner with content and creative teams on campaign assets
• Produce performance reports and recommendations
• Manage campaign budgets and optimize spend

Qualifications:

• 2–6+ years of digital marketing experience
• Google Ads
• Meta Ads Manager
• GA4
• Google Tag Manager
• SEO / SEM
• HubSpot or similar marketing platform
• CMS experience such as WordPress
• Landing-page optimization
• Excel / reporting skills
• Understanding of CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
