Paid Media Specialist
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
Pay: $36–$45/hour
Schedule: Full-time | Hybrid
About the Role
We’re seeking a Paid Media Specialist to take hands-on ownership of paid search and paid social campaigns for a growing organization in the Phoenix area.
This role will manage campaign execution, optimization, reporting, audience strategy, and budget performance across Google and Meta.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of paid media experience and can point to measurable improvements they’ve personally driven.
What You’ll Do
- Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
- Manage paid social campaigns through Meta Ads Manager
- Monitor campaign budgets and daily performance
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis
- Build prospecting and retargeting audiences
- Optimize bidding, targeting, creative, and campaign structure
- Partner with designers and copywriters on advertising creative
- Conduct A/B testing across ads and landing pages
- Track conversion performance through GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Analyze lead quality and campaign ROI
- Monitor CPL, CPA, CAC, CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS
- Build weekly and monthly performance reports
- Present recommendations based on campaign data
Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of paid media or performance marketing experience
- Strong hands-on Google Ads experience
- Experience managing Meta advertising campaigns
- Experience managing meaningful advertising budgets
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking
- Experience with GA4
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to make optimization decisions based on data
- Strong communication skills
Compensation
