Junior Accountant
A growing medical device company is looking to add a Junior Accountant to its finance team during an exciting period of expansion.

The company offers a collaborative environment where you'll gain exposure to general ledger accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close while supporting a business that continues to grow throughout Southern California.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with numbers, and taking ownership of projects while continuing to develop professionally.
Responsibilities
- Prepare journal entries and assist with monthly close
- Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Maintain the general ledger and supporting schedules
- Assist with fixed asset tracking and depreciation schedules
- Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable as needed
- Analyze financial transactions and research discrepancies
- Prepare spreadsheets and monthly reporting packages
- Assist with audit requests and special accounting projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of accounting experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs preferred
- Experience with NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
Compensation
