Human Resources Coordinator

Robert Half is partnering with a growing food manufacturing company that is looking to add a Human Resources Coordinator to support its expanding workforce.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people while keeping operations organized behind the scenes. You'll play a key role in recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HR administration. The ideal candidate enjoys a fast-paced environment, communicates well with employees at all levels, and is looking to continue building a long-term career in Human Resources.

You'll work closely with HR leadership while supporting multiple departments across the organization and helping create a positive employee experience from hire through onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting efforts, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
• Prepare onboarding paperwork and maintain employee files
• Process employee status changes, promotions, and personnel updates
• Assist with benefits enrollment and employment verifications
• Maintain HRIS records and ensure data accuracy
• Support employee engagement initiatives and company events
• Assist with compliance, policy administration, and HR reporting
• Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures
• Partner with Payroll to ensure employee information is updated accurately

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Human Resources or HR administrative experience
• Bachelor's degree or HR coursework preferred
• Experience with ADP, Paylocity, UKG, or similar HRIS platforms is a plus
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or aPHR certification is a plus
