Customer Service Representative

A growing financial services firm is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to clients while assisting with account inquiries and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping customers and working in a professional office environment. Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with inquiries
• Provide exceptional customer service and issue resolution
• Process requests and update customer records
• Schedule appointments and route calls appropriately
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
• Assist with administrative and clerical tasks
• Respond to email correspondence promptly
• Support daily office operations

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience required
• Experience answering phones in a professional environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and remain organized
• Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalen
