General Office Clerk

A local nonprofit organization is seeking a General Office Clerk to assist with administrative support, customer service, and office operations. Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Provide front office customer service to visitors and clients
• Perform filing, scanning, and data entry tasks
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Assist with mail processing and office correspondence
• Support program staff with administrative projects
• Prepare reports and other office documents
• Maintain organized office files

Qualifications:

• Previous office or clerical experience preferred
• Ability to answer phones professionally and effectively
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent
